Delete your MyFriendAI account

Submit a request to permanently delete your MyFriendAI account and associated personal data.

To request account deletion, please email us at contact@appx.co.in from the email address associated with your MyFriendAI account.

Before you proceed

• Deleting your account will remove your profile, conversation history, preferences, and other account-associated personal data, subject to the exceptions described below.
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Deleting your MyFriendAI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
• We may retain minimal information where required by applicable law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud and abuse.
• Some information may be retained in backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to contact@appx.co.in with the subject line “MyFriendAI Account Deletion Request”.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your MyFriendAI account so that we can verify your request and process the deletion securely.
